Combine eggs, sugar, salt and nutmeg.
Stir in hot milk; mix well.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake at 425Β° until knife inserted just off center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
Cool. Melt chocolate with 4 teaspoons milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in additional milk, a few drops of a time, until of spreading consistency.
Quickly spread over the pie.
