Chocolate Fudge Cake
Chocolate Fudge Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. sour milk, 2 sq. cooking chocolate and 1/4 lb. butter or substitute, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat eggs; add sugar and mix well.
Add sour milk.
Melt chocolate and butter over hot water; mix well and add.
Sift flour before measuring.
Combine dry ingredients (flour, soda, baking powder and salt); add to batter and mix well.
Add vanilla.
Add gradually the boiling water.
Pour into greased and floured pan and bake at 400Β° for about 25 minutes.
Let cool before icing.
