Chocolate Eclairs
Chocolate Eclairs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. flour and 2 eggs, unbeaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Add butter to boiling water, heat until butter melts.
Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until ball forms in bottom of pan.
Remove from heat and let cook for 3 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg is added.
Shape on buttered cookie by dropping from a spoon or using a pastry tube into the shape of a hot dog bun.
Bake until free from beads of moisture (40 to 45 minutes) at 375Β°.
Slice off top of eclair and fill with sweetened whipping cream.
Top with Fudge Sauce.
Refrigerate until serving time.
