Chocolate Eclairs
Chocolate Eclairs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. wondra flour, 4 eggs and 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (regular cooking kind), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Heat water and butter to boiling in a 2-quart pan.
Stir in flour, vigorously stirring over low heat until mixture forms a soft ball, about 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs.
Beat until smooth.
Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Shape each into finger 4 1/2 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide with spatula.
Bake until puffed and golden, 40 minutes.
