Chocolate Covered Peanut Balls
Chocolate Covered Peanut Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. peanut butter, 2 sticks oleo, 1 c. coconut, 1 (4 oz.) stick paraffin wax and 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt butter.
Add peanut butter and powdered sugar; mix well. Add cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts.
Roll in small balls. Refrigerate 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
When well chilled, melt the chocolate pieces and paraffin wax together in a double boiler. Dip peanut balls in hot, melted chocolate, using toothpicks to dip with.
Refrigerate.
