Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick butter, 1/3 c. flour, 2 c. cream, 2 c. skim milk and 2/3 c. parmesan, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter over low heat; gradually add flour, stirring continuously.
Add cream and milk; cook until slightly thickened. Add Parmesan (2/3 cup), salt, pepper, garlic and cooked chicken. Stir in mushrooms.
Mix in casserole dish with cooked spaghetti (or use mostaccioli noodles).
Sprinkle top with 1/3 cup Parmesan. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
