Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. chicken broth and 1/4 c. light cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add the chicken broth.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce comes to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cream, parsley, salt, nutmeg, pepper and wine.
Fold in the chicken and spaghetti.
Turn into a greased 12 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Serves 6 to 8.
