Chicken Tarragon
Chicken Tarragon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 frying chickens, cut up, 1 tbsp. oil, 1 can boiled onions, 1/2 c. dry vermouth or sauterne and 2 sprigs chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown cut up fryers in 1 tablespoon oil.
Drain and blot dry.
Add onions, vermouth, parsley, garlic clove, tarragon, salt, pepper and water.
Simmer on top of stove or bake, covered, in a 325Β° oven for about 45 minutes.
Stir lemon juice into sauce and simmer, uncovered, until reduced to sauce consistency.
Garnish top of each piece of chicken with thin slices of lemon.
