Chicken Tarragon
Chicken Tarragon is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, skin and bone removed, 2 tbsp. oil, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. chopped green onion and 1/4 c. brandy, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan.
Saute chicken until lightly browned and remove to a warming platter.
Add green onion to drippings and saute about 5 minutes.
Return chicken to the pan and add brandy, wine, tarragon and pepper.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
