Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken Stir-Fry is an impressive dinner. Made with cooking spray, 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 1 lb. skinned, boned chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces, 1/2 medium onion, chopped and 1 medium-size sweet red pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Coat a wok or large nonstick skillet with Cooking Spray; drizzle Oil around top of wok.
Heat at medium-high heat (375) until hot.
Add Chicken, and stir-fry 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from wok, and drain well on paper towels.
Add Onion and next 8 ingredients; stir-fry 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Return Chicken to wok; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Serve over rice.
Yield
