Chicken-Sour Cream Casserole
Chicken-Sour Cream Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, melted, 3 whole chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces after cooking, 1/4 c. chicken broth, salt and pepper to taste and 1 c. cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine butter and cracker crumbs; blend well.
Spoon half the crumbs into a shallow, 2-quart casserole; cover with chicken. Combine sour cream, soup, broth, salt and pepper; blend well. Pour over chicken and top with the remaining cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
(Ritz crackers give an even more buttery flavor.)
