Chicken Soup
Chicken Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large whole chicken breasts, 1 large whole onion, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. butter and 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil chicken; remove.
Simmer 1 quart chicken broth with onion and celery until tender.
Mash onion with a potato masher and remove any large pieces.
Mash celery.
In a separate pan, melt butter and blend in flour.
Add to chicken broth.
Pour the 2 kinds of cream into broth.
Add cooked rice and chicken which has been chopped into tiny pieces.
Season to taste.
