Chicken Soufflé
Chicken Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large chicken, 12 slices bread, 8 eggs, beaten, 1 qt. milk and 2 c. broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil chicken until tender, debone.
Place meat in bottom of large flat pan; set aside.
In large saucepan, put soups, milk, broth and margarine.
Bring to boiling point.
Remove from heat. Add bread slices and let set for a few minutes.
Mash up bread, add onion powder and eggs (beaten).
Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over meat.
Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until light brown.
Serves 12 to 15.
