Chicken Pâté A La Maison is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 oz. boiled ham, ground, 14 oz. chicken breast, ground finely (your butcher can grind the chicken breast for you or use ground turkey; the american kitchen machine blade works well for me), 7 oz. heavy whipping cream, 2 tbsp. mustard and 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix ground ham and finely ground chicken breast in bowl and refrigerate up to 1/2 hour.
Add unwhipped whipping cream and mustard; mix well.
Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites and carefully fold into mixture.
