Place chicken in baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes in a preheated oven with cover on at 425Β°, then drain.
Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and pepper sauce; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
Pour heated sauce over drained chicken; top with cheese.
Bake 10 minutes, uncovered.
Garnish with parsley.
