Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is an easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated, 2 (14 1/2 oz. each) cans italian-style stewed tomatoes and 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Place chicken breasts into baking dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine the tomatoes, cornstarch and oregano; cook on a medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
Pour heated sauce over chicken.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes more.
