Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 3 tbsp. oil and 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oil in skillet.
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Flour chicken and brown in hot oil.
Add mushrooms, onions and wine. Cook and cover over very low heat for 45 minutes.
