Chicken Livers
Chicken Livers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bacon, 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained, 1/2 c. chopped green onions, 1 lb. chicken livers and 1/2 c. cooking wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.
Remove bacon, reserve drippings in skillet.
Crumble bacon and set aside; keep warm.
Add livers to skillet and saute 12 to 15 minutes or until tender.
Add reserved bacon, mushrooms, green onions, wine, water and bouillon cube.
Cook 5 minutes or until bouillon cube is dissolved and mixture is heated, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
Serves 4.
