Chicken Italiano
Chicken Italiano is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded with meat tenderizer hammer, 1 to 2 tbsp. olive oil, 8 oz. can tomato sauce, garlic salt to taste and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown fillets in olive oil until just cooked through.
Add remaining ingredients, except parsley, and stir to blend.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, in covered skillet for 20 to 30 minutes. Top with parsley, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese and allow to melt.
Serve over hot, cooked egg noodles.
