Chicken, Ham and Bacon Bundles
Chicken, Ham And Bacon Bundles is an easy dinner. Made with 3 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved, 6 slices boiled ham, cut 1/4-inch thick, 6 slices bacon and 2 to 3 (10 1/2 oz. each) cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup (i mix them), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Place each half chicken breast on ham slice. Wrap in a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
Place bundles in baking dish. With wire whisk, stir soup or soups well until smooth and pour over chicken bundles, covering completely. Bake, uncovered, at 250Β° for 2 1/2 hours or until golden brown on top.
Serve with rice, noodles, etc.
