Made with 1 lb. chicken breasts, flattened, 2 c. marinara sauce, 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1/2 tsp. dried oregano and 1 tsp. fresh basil and parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
