Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless halves, 4 slices processed swiss cheese, 2 tsp. paprika, 4 thin slices cooked ham and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place the chicken breasts on a broiler pan and brush butter on the top of each.
Broil for 7 minutes at 500°.
Turn over and repeat with butter.
Remove chicken from broiler and brush the Dijon mustard on top of each breast.
Return to oven and bake for 35 minutes at 400°.
Remove chicken from oven and place one slice of cheese and one slice of ham on top of each chicken breast. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Turn off oven during the cheese melting.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
