Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chicken breasts, halved, 2 slices ham, 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. flour and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place one breast at a time between pieces of plastic wrap. Flatten, using flat side of meat mallet and then roll with the rolling pin until 1/8 inch thick.
Peel off wrap.
Flatten other breast the same way.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Divide chives and parsley among the chicken.
Place one slice of cheese and one slice of ham in each piece of chicken.
Roll up chicken: secure with toothpick.
Dip each piece in flour; egg; then bread crumbs.
In medium skillet, heat 1 1/2-2 inches oil to 340Β°.
Cook chicken in hot oil about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Stir soup and milk together.
Heat for about 10 minutes.
Pour a tablespoon of the mixture over the chicken.
Garnish with parsley.
