Chicken Continental
Chicken Continental is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken or turkey, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 2 tbsp. oil and 1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Saute chicken or turkey, mushrooms and garlic in oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, except rice; bring to a boil.
Stir in rice; remove from heat.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
Serve with fresh lettuce salad and bread.
This is low calorie and low-fat.
