Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) fryer, 1/2 c. sausage, crumbled, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 c. minute rice (uncooked), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook chicken in 4 or 5 cups salted water until done.
Cool and cut into bite sized pieces.
Cook vegetables in skillet with sausage until limp.
At this point, mix all ingredients together well and pour into an oblong pan.
Whip the can of mushroom soup and spoon over top of mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 12 to 16.
