Chicken Cacciatore
Chicken Cacciatore is an moderately easy dinner. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook over medium heat about 15 minutes until brown on both sides.
Remove chicken. Saute onion, garlic and green pepper just until tender. Combine remaining ingredients. Return chicken to skillet and pour sauce mixture over chicken. Cover and simmer slowly 40 minutes or until tender. Remove bay leaves. Serve with hot thin spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
