Chicken Brown Rice Primavera
Chicken Brown Rice Primavera is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 1/4 lb. boneless, skinned chicken breasts, cut into strips, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 1/2 c. chicken broth and 1 c. broccoli flowerets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
Add chicken and garlic.
Cook and stir until chicken is lightly browned.
Add broth, broccoli, red pepper, carrots, squash and pepper.
Bring to boil.
Stir in rice.
Return to boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cheese.
