Chicken Broccoli And Orzo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2 1/2 c. chicken broth, 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped, 12 oz. fresh broccoli, cut into florets, or 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts and 1 c. uncooked orzo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and saute in 2 tablespoons oil until no longer pink.
Add broth, tomatoes and broccoli.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
