Chicken and Spinach
Chicken And Spinach is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. pkg. spinach, thawed and drained, 4 boneless, skinless breasts, halved, 3/4 c. italian bread crumbs, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese and 1/2 c. green onion, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Bread cutlets in crumbs and cheese.
Lay in baking dish. (Save leftover crumbs.)
Melt butter and saute onion until tender. Mix in flour, then pour milk in all at once.
Cook (stirring) until bubbly.
Cook 1 minute longer.
Add drained spinach and ham to sauce.
Spread on top of cutlets.
Cover with leftover crumbs and bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
