Chicken and Artichokes
Chicken And Artichokes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned, salt, paprika, 1 lb. sliced mushrooms and 2/3 can chicken bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
Brown 12 - 15 minutes in 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine.
Remove chicken and place in casserole.
Add 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine to skillet and saute mushrooms.
Stir in flour, bouillon and sherry.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Arrange artichokes over chicken.
Pour sauce over top.
Bake, covered for one hour at 375Β°.
