Cherry Glazed Pork Loin Roast is an easy dinner. Place roast on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Insert meat thermometer so bulb is in center of thickest part of meat.
Roast, uncovered, in a 325° oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170° (allow about 30 to 35 minutes per pound).
