Cheesy Fish Soup
Cheesy Fish Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. flour, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1 1/2 c. shredded american or cheddar cheese and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large saucepan, cook onion in oleo until tender.
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Blend well.
Add milk, stirring constantly until thick.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Remove from heat.
In medium saucepan, dissolve bouillon in water.
Bring to a boil.
Add fish and simmer until fish flakes easily.
Add to cheese mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Reheat to serve.
