Cheesy Cauliflower
Cheesy Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cauliflower or 5 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained, 3 tbsp. margarine, 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 c. milk and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt margarine in heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup cheese and set aside.
