Mash cooked carrots with electric mixer.
Add margarine, beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Stir in cracker meal, cheese, milk, minced onion, dill weed and seasoned salt.
Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart oven-safe ring mold. Bake in 350Β° oven 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool 10 minutes.
Run knife around mold and remove.
