Place peppers in 2-quart (12 x 7-inch) glass baking dish; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients, except shredded cheese, in medium bowl; mix well.
Spoon meat mixture into green pepper halves.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave for 24 to 26 minutes on Roast, or until meat is well done (about 140Β°).
Top with shredded cheese and continue cooking on Roast until cheese is melted. Makes about 6 servings.
