Grate cheese, add red pepper.
Work butter in and work flour in.
Put on floured boards and roll about 1/2 inch thick, press down with fork, cut in strips and cook in hot over, 425Β° about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
If these are packed in air-tight container they will keep for weeks.
