Cheese Strata Provencal
Cheese Strata Provencal is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 slices large sourdough bread, crusts removed and cubed, 2 c. shredded cheddar and jack cheeses, 1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes, drained and minced, 1/2 c. drained and chopped artichokes (not marinated) and 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Beat eggs, milk and pepper together, then pour over the first 5 ingredient mixture. Chill overnight in an 8 x 11-inch casserole (greased).
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for about 50 minutes until lightly browned and center is firm to the touch. Cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
