Cheese Potato Souffle'
Cheese Potato Souffle' is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 medium potatoes (6 c. mashed), 6 tbsp. oleo, 2 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1 to 1 1/4 c. milk and 3/4 to 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large saucepan over low heat, mix mashed potatoes, oleo and cheese until melted.
Add milk and salt.
Fold in eggs.
Put mixture in greased 2 1/2-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes until brown.
