Slice carrots.
Cook and drain.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add onions.
Saute.
Add flour, salt and mustard.
Stir well.
Add milk.
Stir until thick and smooth.
Layer carrots and cheese in 2-quart casserole.

Mix well.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
