Made with 1/2 lb. roquefort or sharp cheddar cheese, 1/4 lb. butter or oleo, 1/4 lb. creamed cheese, 2 tbsp. brandy or dry sherry and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first 5 ingredients together until very smooth.
Shape into 2 long rolls, about 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
Combine parsley or chives with nuts.
Roll the cheese in mixture and chill until fairly firm.
