Cheese Chowder
Cheese Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium carrots, chopped, 2 celery stalks, chopped, 1 small onion, chopped, 1/2 c. water and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bring water to a boil; add chopped vegetables.
Cover and cook until tender.
Do not drain.
In separate saucepan, melt margarine over low heat; add flour and stir into a smooth paste.
Slowly stir in milk.
Cook and stir until thick.
Add cheese and cooked vegetables.
Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
Serve hot. Serves 6.
