Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed fine, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 stick of butter (real is better), 3 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese, softened and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix crumbs and sugar and add melted butter.

Press into cheese cake pan about 1/2 way up the side.

Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Beat cream cheese and 1 egg, 3/4 c. sugar, add other 3 eggs and vanilla (real).

Beat until well blended but no longer than necessary.

Over beating causes cake to split. (I found out after many splits.)

Bake for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and spread with sour cream mixed with 1/2 c. sugar.

Bake 10 minutes more.

Cool and refrigerate.

Just before serving, top with 1 can cherry pie filling or sweetened strawberries.
