Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tsp. accent salt, 1 large bunch small green onions and 1 (14 oz.) pkg. deli-style ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Set cream cheese out so that it will reach the soft stage. Take green onions and chop them up very fine (I use a chopper). Set them aside.
Take ham out and chop it up very fine also.
(I use a chopper on this also.)
Set aside in 2 parts.
When cream cheese is soft, put in large bowl.
Add Accent salt and mix together.
Add green onions and part of ham and mix this together. Separate this in 2 equal parts, then make a large ball out of each part.
Set this aside and get the remaining part of ham, spread this out on wax paper or foil.
Take one of the balls and roll until covered with ham, then do the other one.
Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Best if left overnight.
You can also roll balls in pecans instead.
