Cheese Baked Fish
Cheese Baked Fish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. flounder or haddock, 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut fish into 4 or 5 pieces.
Add butter to shallow baking dish.
Place in 375° oven to melt.
Mix crumbs, cheese and salt. Spread mayonnaise on one side of fish and roll in crumb mixture. Repeat on the other side.
Remove the baking dish from oven and arrange fish in single layer.
Turn fish to coat with melted butter.
Bake at 425° for 10 to 15 minutes.
