Cheese and Spinach Pasta

Made with 1 egg, 4 oz. spaghetti or egg noodles, cooked and drained (about 2 c. cooked), 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/4 c. milk and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine egg, sour cream, milk, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, onion, salt and pepper; mix well.
Stir in Monterey Jack cheese. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain.
Add spinach and cooked spaghetti (or noodles); mix well.
Put into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake about 30 minutes at 350Β° or until top is browned.
