Cheddar Cheese Chowder
Cheddar Cheese Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. diced potatoes, 1/2 c. sliced celery, 1/2 c. sliced carrots and 1/4 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Add boiling water to vegetables, salt and pepper.
Cover. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes until just tender.
Do not drain.
In large pan or Dutch oven, make a white sauce with margarine, flour and milk.
Add cheese.
Stir to melt cheese.
Add vegetables and liquid they were cooked in.
Heat well; do not boil.
