Chantilly Potatoes
Chantilly Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. milk, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Peel and wash potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water until done. Drain and mash with the butter and milk and beat until light and fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Cover with the cream, whipped until stiff, and sprinkle with the cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350Β° until brown on top. Parmesan cheese may be substituted. These are especially good with spicy roast beef.
