Chalumpas
Chalumpas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. pork roast, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 2 tsp. cumin, 1 small can whole green chilies, wash seeds out and 1 lb. pinto beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put all ingredients in crock-pot (slow cooker).
Cover with water.
Cook over low heat for 12 hours.
Take bones out and break up roast meat.
Cook another 12 hours.
Serve over Fritos with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, olives, sour cream and salsa.
