Chalope
Chalope is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. boston butt, 1 lb. pinto beans, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. caraway seed and 2 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Use large pot or boiler, place Boston butt, pintos, salt, caraway seed, chili powder and jalapeno peppers, covered with water and cook on low to medium heat for 3 to 4 hours or until meat shreds in mixture.
Break up lettuce.
Dip cooked mixture on plate; add 1 serving lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and taco sauce on top; serve with chips.
