Cauliflower Custard
Cauliflower Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower, 2 eggs, beaten, 3/4 c. milk, 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese and 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook cauliflower according to package directions.
Drain well; set aside.
Combine eggs, milk, sharp cheese, butter, parsley, minced onion, salt and pepper.
Arrange cauliflower in a 1-quart casserole dish; cover with egg mixture.
Top with buttered crumbs and remaining grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until custard is set.
Serves 4.
